How it works
Your study
Throughout your ADF career, you'll be given opportunities for further study, specialisation and diversification, with financial support provided by the ADF.
You’ll have opportunities to grow your skills in your trade or profession and learn to lead and manage others – all to prepare you for roles with greater responsibility.
You’ll become an effective leader, and if you’re interested in management roles, you’ll get there faster than in most civilian management courses.
Gain highly sought-after skills and knowledge that are directly transferable to careers both in and out of the ADF.
Your training
Your ADF career begins with world-class management and leadership training, preparing you to take command of Navy, Army or Air Force personnel. It will equip you for diverse and challenging roles both within your chosen service and throughout your career.
